Remove excess tire wear using a Tire scraper and/or sanding disk. Check wear holes on whether tires need replacement.
Also check tire pressure to ensure even temperature across the entire tire surface.
Check that all bolts are secure.

Replace Engine Oil consistently. Use a high quality engine oil.
For any major deformations / bends.
Once in 3-4 months
Check your chassis manufacturer for instructions. The more advance you go, the more frequent and more detailed this would be.
Look at the target RPM of the engine in your specific category. Adjust the engine / axle gear to achieve RPM.
Look at wear of gears and chain to check if replacement is required.
Clean the surface of the spark plug with Carb Cleaner and tighten the spark plug
Usually in off-season
Contact a reputed motor maker like Big G's Racing Engines to go a maintenance.
Remove the front and rear bearings (including the bearing in the brake), and re-pack them with Lithium Grease + Triflow.
Bleed new brake fluid
Disassemble the entire car (take plenty of photographs while doing so). Use Brake cleaner, Carb Cleaner and Power Washing to clean all surfaces of the car.
